Márcia Rostheuser

I am a communications specialist with a background in advertising and marketing, passionate about retail and people, always strategy-focused.

Postgraduate in Marketing and Psychology, Neuromarketing scholar, and MBA in Branding, I have over 25 years of experience in Retail and Shopping Center Marketing in Brazil and abroad.

Creative in delivering surprising and distinctive actions, aiming to provide positive, memorable experiences for new product and service launches, brand management, branding, and strategic planning.

As a speaker, professor, mentor, and advisor, I pursue innovations in the retail ecosystem with lightness and passion, building bridges.

I approach business holistically and always seek solutions that value the greatest asset of any company: people.
