WHO I AM
Márcia Rostheuser
I am a communication professional specialized in advertising and marketing, passionate about retail and people, always focused on strategy.
I hold postgraduate degrees in Marketing and Psychology and an MBA in Branding. Curious about neuroscience, I have been working in retail for more than 27 years, creating and expanding experiences and expertise across different formats.
I study the future by translating emerging behaviors and rising trends into opportunities that include education, curation, events, talks, and the production of specialized content, while developing new products and services.
With experience in omnichannel strategies and customer enchantment protocols, I deliver talks and consulting services within the retail and shopping center ecosystem in Brazil and abroad.
With a broad perspective that integrates human and social sciences, I seek to highlight and value our greatest asset: the human being.
